Foreman CNC Milling / Machining Technician with Team Responsibility (m/f/d)

To strengthen our mechanical production, we are looking for experienced machining technicians, industrial foremen, or candidates with comparable qualifications who would like to contribute their technical expertise in a stable environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Together with your team, you ensure that our technical ideas are put into practice. This includes:

  • Supporting the machining team with technical questions in production
  • Coordinating with work preparation and design departments regarding drawings, changes, or optimizations
  • Contributing to production optimizations and improvements
  • Assisting with scheduling coordination within production
  • Communicating important information back to the team
  • Selecting and monitoring tools and machining strategies
  • Ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality of manufactured parts

In addition, you may support the machining team with:

  • Milling work on our 3- and 5-axis CNC machines
  • Setting up machines and creating CNC programs based on technical drawings

You therefore act as a hands-on link between production, work preparation, and design.

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a machining technician specializing in milling, industrial foreman, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in CNC machining in mechanical engineering
  • Strong knowledge of CNC milling, ideally with basic turning skills
  • Experience with Heidenhain controls (e.g., iTNC530) is an advantage
