Modular Additive Dosing

ZEILFELDER additive dosing systems in a modular container system can be perfectly configured for every application:

Basic equipment – ​​additive dosage:

  • One-way 10-foot sea container, insulation & heating
  • IBC rack, buffer tank & WHG tray for additive 1
  • ZEILFELDER PQ30 dosing pump (max. 30 l/min)
  • ZEILFELDER additive dosing control
  • E-box with sensor & pump connection
Dosing system – 1 pump – 1 IBC with 10 foot container

On-site system setup:

  • Control cabinet including 4-zone heating control
  • Riser pipe 30m, DN20 (Additive 1)
  • Commissioning (electrical + mechanical)
  • Interface to the control center PLC

UPGRADE 1 – Rejuvenator Dosage

  • IBC rack, buffer tank for additive 2
  • ZEILFELDER dosing pump skid – 60 l/min
  • Riser pipe 30 m, DN 40
  • Used for higher-viscosity additives or larger dosing quantities (rejuvenators)
Dosing system – with 2 additive and buffer tanks each with 10 foot container

UPGRADE 2 – Triple Dosage

  • Upgrade to 20′ Side Door HC Sea Container
  • IBC Rack, Buffer Tank for Additive 3
  • ZEILFELDER Dosing Pump Skid – 30 l/min
  • Riser 30m, DN 20 (Additive 3)
Dosing system – with 3 additive and buffer tanks each with 20 foot container

UPGRADE 3 – 5,000 litre additional tank 10′

  • 10′ sea container mounted on top of the dosing container, with heating, thermal insulation, and ventilation.
  • Large double-walled storage tank (5,000 liters)
  • Heated DN35 line for dosing.
  • Line including connection for tanker loading.
Dosing system – 10 foot container with additional tank

UPGRADE 4 – 10,000 L additional tank 20′

  • 20′ side-door sea container mounted on top of the dosing container, with heating, thermal insulation, and ventilation.
  • Large double-walled storage tank (10,000 liters)
  • Heated DN35 line for dosing.
  • Line including connection for tanker loading.
